As you know when my husband died this spring I was without a clue as to how to handle something as overwhelming and complicated as our home refinance.  When my Brother- in-law recommended you, I was literally scared to death of all the details and decisions that would have to be made.  While we were married I never was involved in any of that stuff. And still don’t completely understand a lot of it.   What I do know, however, is that you even gave up your complete fee to help me. Even the folks at the Title Company said they had never seen anyone do a mortgage for a client for free like that.   I cannot imagine any bank doing something like that just to help someone like me.  The extra $19,000 in cash really helped pay down my bills and the lower monthly payment gives me real peace of mind.
